Discover what's possible

A bit about me

I come from a filmmaking background, having worked closely with palliative care charities and the NHS to raise awareness of important health and social issues. This gave me the chance to meet people from different backgrounds, with different life experiences and gain a unique perspective on society and the world around me. By empowering people to tell their stories, meaningful change can occur. I’ve met some extraordinary people. People living with life-limiting health conditions and terminal illnesses. Their families and caregivers. I’ve worked with refugees, internally displaced people, and limbless veterans. My work has taken me from the UK to Uganda, and what I’ve learnt is that we are incredible. We are resilient. And we can find a way to live a life that matters. I've been privileged to help people tell their personal stories and I'm convinced that the stories we tell ourselves, and the way we tell them, shape our experience. The roles we attribute to ourselves and the language we use holds power. They inform our view of the world, our beliefs, our choices and our actions. The power of storytelling can work with or against us as we strive to follow our dreams and live in flow, true to our life's purpose. My passion to connect with others and share stories to promote positive change is the foundation for my work as a coach.

The chance to speak and be listened to can feel liberating. It's empowering to speak without fear of judgement. To feel held in a safe space which offers a chance to think free from agenda or expectation. By gifting yourself uninterrupted time to think, you'll discover new insights, possibilities and ways forward that are unique to you. Nancy Kline's work of the 'thinking environment' underpins my coaching conversations. Intrigued? Give it a try!
